Management Solutions, a global consulting firm, is seeking a motivated recent graduate for a data science/quantitative role in Santiago. You will contribute to data mining, predictive modeling, and Monte Carlo simulations on high profile projects for leading clients.

You'll work in multidisciplinary teams, develop statistical models, and gain exposure to credit scoring, risk analytics, and R/Python programming. Training and mentoring are provided to accelerate your career.

Formación

• Recent graduates or final year students in quantitative fields.
• Postgraduate studies in Data Science or Quantitative Finance are an asset.
• Knowledge of modelling techniques (logit, GLM, time series, decision trees, random forests, clustering) and statistical languages (SAS, R, Python, Matlab) and big data tools (Hadoop, Hive) preferred.
• Strong academic record.
• Multilingual abilities desirable.
• Get-up-and-go attitude, maturity, responsibility and strong work ethic.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Work on data mining & knowledge discovery and predictive modeling on key projects for major organizations.
• Develop and validate trend models and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Review credit rating and scoring models and provide quantitative support to business and R&D.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams across projects.
