Reboot Monkey in Lampa, Chile is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at a world-class data center facility. This full-time, on-site role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment.

You will handle structured cabling, monitor power and cooling, respond to incidents, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams. The position requires hands-on experience, strong documentation, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs; on-call

Formación

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.

About The Role

Join our team as a Data Center Technician in Lampa, Chile. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

$18,000,000-25,500,000/year (CLP annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
