Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco data center networks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Nexus Dashboard, VXLAN EVPN fabrics.
• Experience with BGP/OSPF, route redistribution, and L4–L7 services like firewalls and load balancers.
• Hands-on network automation with Python, Terraform, Ansible, REST APIs.
• Pre-sales and customer engagement, ability to run workshops and PoCs.
• Fluent English for global collaboration.
• B2 or equivalent.

Your Impact

As a Delivery Architect in Cloud & AI, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and migrating innovative security solutions for high‑profile customers across LATAM. You will collaborate with technical and business partners to build robust security architectures that address complex cybersecurity challenges while ensuring seamless integration into existing IT environments. This role offers a mix of hands‑on technical work, customer engagement, and strategic consulting, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering real‑world security solutions that make a tangible impact.

As a Delivery Architect for Cloud & AI you will:

• Serve as the link between Cisco's technology and the customer's needs, designing and developing customized solutions aligned with the customer’s defined technology roadmap to solve business challenges.
• Deliver optimized outcomes by using AI‑powered insights and automated design tools.
• Builds customer architecture strategy and provides strategic technical guidance to help customers align technology decisions with evolving business needs and increase the value of Cisco's solutions.
• Conceptualize, plans, designs, and leads multi‑functional teams across multi‑domain architectures, supervising technical aspects of projects.
• Develop implementation business impact, risk analysis, and mitigation plans, using data‑driven insights and automation for proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
• Advocate relevant technologies and solutions within own domain, maintaining an AI‑informed approach by staying ahead of on emerging AI trends to guide customers on appropriate applications.
• Own the end‑to‑end Multicloud solutions delivery process, from architecture design to implementation and migration.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customer Multicloud teams to develop customized security solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco data center networks, with hands‑on experience in Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus Dashboard, and VXLAN EVPN fabrics on Cisco Nexus switches running NX‑OS.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting BGP and OSPF, including route redistribution, routing policies, and external connectivity, and integrating L4–L7 services such as firewalls and load balancers into data center networks.
• Hands‑on experience developing network automation using Python, Terraform, Ansible, and REST APIs; working knowledge of LLMs and agentic AI concepts, including prompting, RAG, and tool/function calling, and their applications in network automation and operations.
• Pre‑sales and customer engagement experience, ability to run workshops, proof of concepts (PoCs) and technical presentations to influence customer decisions.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
• B2 or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCIE certification, preferably in Data Center.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or Network as Code (NaC) workflows using declarative data models, reusable modules, Git‑based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated validation, preferably with Cisco Network as Code solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering ACI Multi‑Pod/Multi‑Site or VXLAN EVPN Multi‑Site architectures, including fabric migrations and Nexus Dashboard capabilities for fabric management, orchestration, and assurance.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting Cisco ACI L4–L7 service insertion using Service Graphs and Policy‑Based Redirect (PBR), including traffic symmetry and high‑availability considerations.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI evaluation and security guardrails; practical experience developing LLM‑based applications or AI‑assisted automation workflows is a plus.
