Job summary

Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a proactive financial control professional to support a large-scale data center project in Chile. The role covers cost reporting, payments, EVM tracking and forecasting in a complex environment.

You will work with a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, contributing to the energy transition through major infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Finance.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure or data center projects.
• Experience with e-Builder or similar tools.
• Knowledge of EVM and lump-sum contracts.
• Professional English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost reports.
• Administer e-Builder cost processes.
• Review and validate payment applications.
• Track EVM metrics and cost performance.
• Evaluate change orders and maintain change logs.
• Support forecasting and contingency management.
• Prepare management cost reports.
• Support project financial closeout.
