Power Digital is seeking a contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles. You will work with the TA team and hiring managers to move candidates quickly and fairly, while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and data integrity.

You will leverage Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted tools to source, screen, and hire top talent across departments, contributing to our diverse talent networks and company goals.

Formación

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Strong communicator with ability to manage multiple roles concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and clean pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback to keep searches moving efficiently.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive experience from first touch to close.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the Talent Acquisition function.
