Met T&S Ltd. is seeking an HSE Coordinator in Valparaíso, Chile, who will oversee the HSE activities on site according to regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or industrial sectors, be a native Spanish speaker, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. The position requires immediate availability and only candidates authorized to work in Chile will be considered.

Formación

• Relevant experience in oil & gas, industrial sector, EPC projects, and Refinery.
• At least 3 years of experience in this specific discipline.
• Similar role covered in last three projects of comparable size.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan.
• Update HSE documentation during construction phases as necessary.
• Check that Subcontractors perform activities according to HSE procedures.
• Organize and participate in periodical HSE inspections and audits.
• Coordinate HSE Training activities on site.
• Organize and participate in site HSE meetings.
• Co-operate with the Client regarding necessary work permits.
• Investigation of work accidents to identify corrective measures.
• Keep accident records and propose prevention strategies.
• Lead the Site HSE Committee activities.
• Coordinate site emergency response and fire prevention teams.
• Prepare and update the Site HSE Statistics.
