Accenture Chile is seeking a Network Operations professional to monitor and maintain production systems in Santiago. You will drive incident resolution and ensure services meet SLAs, while contributing to disaster recovery planning and data retention practices.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Network Services.
• A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
• Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
• Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies.
