As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients through virtual platforms. You’ll assess patient needs, deliver guidance, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes. This role is ideal for an RN who is tech-savvy, empathetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional care in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Assessment: Conduct virtual patient consultations to assess symptoms, review medical histories, and develop care plans.; Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.; Facilitate referrals to in-person care when necessary.
• Education & Guidance: Provide patients and their families with information about treatments, medications, and self-care practices.; Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients managing chronic conditions or navigating new diagnoses.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations.; Utilize virtual healthcare platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and other tools to deliver care efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (tele-health or virtual care experience is a plus).
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.; Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients virtually.; Tech-savvy and comfortable using tele-health platforms, EHR systems, and other virtual tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
