Management Solutions, SL is seeking recent graduates or final-year students for two Assistant I positions to work on key projects across finance, strategy, and transformation. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams and develop rapidly through structured training and a clear career path.

You will be working in key projects for leading organizations in the strategy, commercial effectiveness, transformation: organization and processes, risk management and control and marketing, financial and management information areas.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or final year students from disciplines relating to Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering.
• Solid academic record.
• Get up and go attitude, maturity, responsibility and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of other languages is desirable.
• Postgraduate studies and/or specialized courses are an asset.
• Strong ability to learn quickly.
• Able to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.

The salary for the Assistant I position ranges from EUR 28,500 to EUR 31,000 gross per year.

Ongoing training plan, with approximately 10% of business turnover spent in training
