Niuro in Chile seeks an AI Product Owner to coordinate delivery across multiple AI platforms and digital initiatives. You will work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to drive execution, maintain momentum, and bridge remote software teams with internal technology stakeholders.

You will facilitate agile rituals, maintain roadmaps, remove blockers, and support discovery and scoping of emerging AI use cases. Strong cross-functional coordination and Spanish fluency are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of verifiable Product Owner or equivalent delivery coordination experience.
• Experience managing backlogs, sprint planning, and daily ceremonies in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar project tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams across multiple workstreams.

As an AI Product Owner, you will coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent AI agent platforms and digital initiatives, collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team to drive execution and maintain delivery momentum across active workstreams. In this role, you will serve as the operational bridge connecting remote software development teams with internal technology and infrastructure stakeholders. You will facilitate agile rituals, maintain delivery roadmaps, proactively eliminate technical blockers, and support the discovery and scoping of emerging AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and roadmaps across three active initiatives.
• Facilitate daily standups and agile ceremonies, proactively identifying delivery risks and removing blockers.
• Serve as the operational bridge connecting remote software development teams with technical infrastructure counterparts.
• Track and organize deliverables, team capacity, and task progress using ClickUp.
• Support the discovery, intake, and assessment of new digital and AI opportunities.

Requirements

• Mid-level seniority with 3+ years of verifiable experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent technical delivery coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience managing backlogs, sprint planning, and daily ceremonies within an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience using ClickUp or an equivalent modern project tracking and capacity management tool.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency with structured, clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Product Ownership, Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Backlog Management.
