Bionic Talent is hiring a Web Developer, AI-First, to lead full-cycle website projects for cannabis-focused US clients. You will design, build, migrate, and troubleshoot sites, leveraging AI daily to speed up builds and automate tasks.

Remote role with preference for Latin America, working hours 9 am–5 pm EST. Experience with US clients and a wellness niche is highly valued, with salaries of USD 1,600–2,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional web development experience, including hands-on work before modern AI tools.
• Strong portfolio of high-performing, visually appealing WordPress sites.
• Experience managing a high volume of websites in an agency or multi-client setting.
• Deep proficiency with WordPress and Elementor.
• Hands-on experience with non-WordPress CMS platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, Drupal) and cannabis platforms like Blaze/Treez.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a solid grasp of underlying code structures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites and landing pages from Figma mocks into WordPress/Elementor pages.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate workflows and automate routine tasks.
• Handle high-volume maintenance and change requests across client sites (content updates, banners, plugins).
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across CMS environments using PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Adapt designs to diverse brand guidelines across multi-location clients.
• Assist with site migrations, DNS setups, Cloudflare configurations, and reverse-proxy setups.
• Execute technical SEO configurations (GA4, GTM, redirects, indexing).
• Ensure launches meet WCAG accessibility and cannabis compliance rules.
• Create detailed technical documentation for builds.
