Job summary

Flowcraft Ventures is seeking a Product Builder for a hybrid role in Las Condes, Santiago, with 2–4 years of digital product experience and a public portfolio. You will translate the founders' vision into real, working products, designing user experiences for internal and client-facing tools, and prototyping rapidly using Lovable, Claude Code, v0, and Figma.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years building digital product with a demonstrable public portfolio
• Ability to understand a business problem and propose a solution, not just execute a given design
• Clear aesthetic judgment evidenced in the portfolio
• Solid in React + Tailwind; able to go from mockup to functional code without help
• Native use of AI prototyping and development tools: Claude Code, Lovable, v0, or equivalents
• Figma at production level with design systems
• Ability to iterate fast: shipped and rough over perfect and pending
• Genuine curiosity about understanding a new business context and solving real problems

Responsibilities

• Understand the business problems to translate them into product solutions
• Detect transformations needed to genuinely innovate, not just digitize processes
• Convert the co-founders' vision into a real, functional product
• Design the user experience of internal and client-facing products
• Prototype fast in Lovable, v0, Claude Code, or Figma to validate ideas
• Build the frontend of new features in React + Tailwind
• Maintain a consistent design system across the product portfolio
• Challenge the obvious and propose better solutions
