Job summary

FullStack Labs is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to advance AI-assisted engineering workflows and production-grade delivery. You will optimize cloud infrastructure, implement IaC, and build robust CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.

Candidates should have 5+ years in DevOps, 1–3 years with AI-enabled tooling, and strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform or CloudFormation. Advanced English is required and a four-year degree is expected.

The Position

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate delivery.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience working with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Strong background in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Deep experience in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Practical experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
