Your Responsibilities

• You manage the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for Spot RFQ, Spare parts and development projects
• You follow‑up on projects from first design to Start of Production (SOP)
• You handle Signal Code management in the ERP
• You track orders and ensure proper follow‑up
• You update Project Milestone Tracking (PMT) dashboards and documentation
• You support the Purchasing parameters maintenance in the ERP (INFOR LN)
• You contribute to Make‑or‑Buy sourcing project management
• You support continuous process improvement initiatives

Your profile

• You hold a master’s degree in Purchasing with Project Management knowledge, in Management with a Purchasing specialization or in Engineering with a Project Management focus
• You have experience in an international multi‑site company
• You ideally have experience in Automotive and/or Avionics, or Hydraulics
• You have project management skills such as summarizing multi‑canal information and prioritizing projects on Part Number level
• You are proficient in Excel; knowledge in SAP/INFOR and VBA would be an advantage
• You are proficient in English (TOEIC higher than 750) and another language such as German, French or Mandarin would be a plus
• You demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, leadership, and genuine technical curiosity
• You are comfortable reporting to Directors and managing negotiations with suppliers and internal key partners
