Zusammenfassung

Julius Baer invites applications for a role supporting the legal and regulatory aspects of wealth management. You will conduct legal checks for new subscriptions of alternative investments and provide administrative support for OTC derivatives and structured products.

You will assist the legal and documentation teams within Global Products and Services and Custody, conduct diverse legal research, and handle the team mailbox. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 semesters of study in law or economics, or a university of applied sciences with an economic course of study; bachelor's degree advantageous.
• Banking experience is beneficial
• Interest in regulatory issues
• Proactive, independent and practical approach to work
• High level of performance and reliability
• Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken

• Conduct legal checks for new subscriptions of alternative investments (NTF)
• Provide administrative support for OTC derivatives and structured products
• Support legal and documentation teams with tasks in GPS and Custody
• Perform legal research across areas
• Manage the team’s general mailbox
