Zusammenfassung

Vorwerk Home & Co. KmG in Switzerland invites applications for a Working Student in our Business Partnering Controlling team. The role runs 10-15 hours per week for 12 months, with a hybrid work setup and exposure to Thermomix and Kobold businesses across international markets.

You will analyse monthly reports, support competition reporting, and coordinate with Finance teams in 20+ countries. Strong Excel skills and English language proficiency are essential for success in this international

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or close to completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• A focus on Finance or Controlling is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating in an international environment.
• You have good Excel skills and enjoy working with data, figures and analyses.
• You bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different countries and functions.

• Preparing and analysing the monthly Sales Action & Promotion Report for Thermomix markets, providing insights for management decisions.
• Supporting international competition reporting for Thermomix & Kobold in collaboration with the Event team.
• Coordinating with local Finance teams across more than 20 countries to collect, consolidate, validate and update monthly financial data.
• Supporting maintenance and continuous improvement of local fixed-cost planning files.
• Ensuring high data quality and contributing to reliable financial reporting.

Working Student - Business Partnering Controlling (10-15 hours/week | 12 months)

Your Responsibilities

As a Working Student in our Business Partnering Controlling team, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into how we financially steer our Thermomix and Kobold businesses across our international markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and analysing the monthly Sales Action & Promotion Report for our Thermomix markets, providing valuable insights to support management decision-making
• Supporting the international competition reporting for Thermomix & Kobold in close collaboration with our Event team
• Coordinating with local Finance teams across more than 20 countries to collect, consolidate, validate and update monthly financial data
• Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of our local fixed-cost planning files
• Ensuring high data quality and contributing to reliable and transparent financial reporting

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing or are close to completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• A focus on Finance or Controlling is a plus
• You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating in an international environment
• You have good Excel skills and enjoy working with data, figures and analyses
