Job summary

Schroders invites a Wealth Management Intern to join its Geneva team for a 10‑week program from 14 June to 20 August 2027, gaining hands-on exposure to asset management and client service.

You will receive comprehensive training, work on live projects with a team, and shadow senior professionals while networking with colleagues, mentors and leaders to build a foundation for a career in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent; STEM or Finance background beneficial
• Penultimate year of study; applications from final-year students not accepted
• Proficient with document production software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and German
• Understanding of target audiences and client communication

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive introductory training to learn the business
• Be assigned to a team and contribute to live projects in Wealth Management
• Shadow experienced professionals and learn from leaders in the field
• Network with colleagues and other interns to build professional connections
