UBS Wealth Management Central Europe in Zürich is launching an 18-month program to develop your client-facing skills in a dedicated Relationship Manager track. The program combines on-the-job development with parallel off-the-job education to build your book of high-net-worth clients in Central Europe.

You will grow through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on client engagement, aiming to exceed financial and educational targets while gaining global exposure and career acceleration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master from a leading university/business school with a minimum of 4 years professional experience.
• Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets with knowledge of Central European region (Bulgaria, former Yugoslavia, Romania) and a convincing network of HNW/UHNW.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
• A networker and a skilled relationship builder at heart.
• Part of a club, alumni-network, or involved with entrepreneurial activities.
• Collaborative team player who can plan activities and execute a business plan independently.
• Experience in Wealth Management services is welcome, though not required.
• Fluent in English and one other language spoken in the focus region.
• Curious about how AI can improve workflows with sound judgment and policy alignment

Aufgaben

• Develop to become a successful Relationship Manager through our training program and meet financial and educational targets.
• Build up a client book from your own network with focus on Central Europe (Bulgaria, former Yugoslavia, Romania).
• Establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Continuously grow your network by referrals and identifying new prospects.
• Acquire the necessary knowledge and sales skills to deliver UBS value proposition, including trainings and WM Certificate.
