Johnson & Johnson sucht eine/n Logistikmitarbeiter/in am Standort Schaffhausen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Export, Planung, Produktion und Lagern zusammen und verantworten das Ein- und Auslagern von Gütern, vorwiegend im Kühllager. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Abwicklung von Wareneingängen in SAP, die Bereitstellung von Versandaufträgen und die fachgerechte Dokumentation.

Von Vorteil sind eine Ausbildung als Logistiker EFZ bzw. ca.

Qualificações

• Ausbildung als Logistiker EFZ oder ca. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lager.
• MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel) und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
• SUVA-anerkannte Staplerprüfung.
• Erfahrung im Chemie- und Pharmabereich von Vorteil.
• GMP- und GDP-Kenntnisse bzw. -Erfahrung bevorzugt.

Responsabilidades

• Zusammenarbeit mit Exportabteilung, Planung, Produktion und anderen Lagern sowie Kommissionierung von Produktions- und Kundenaufträgen.
• Ein- und Auslagern von Lagergütern, hauptsächlich im Kühllager, sowie Bereitstellung der Exportsendungen im Kühllager.
• Bearbeitung von Wareneingängen im SAP und der entsprechenden Dokumentation sowie fach- und termingerechte Bereitstellung von Versandaufträgen.
• Einhalten von GMP-, GDP-, Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsregeln sowie fachgerechter Umgang mit SAP und Cilag-relevanten Systemen.
• Be- und Entladen sowie Kontrolle der Kühl-LKWs und Kühl-Seefrachtcontainer sowie Bedienung und Pflege der Hochregalstapler und Flurförderzeuge.
• Einhalten der Sorgfaltspflicht beim Umgang mit Geräten und Einrichtungen sowie Reinigung und Pflege der Räume und Anlagen.
• Mitarbeit bei Inventurarbeiten (permanente sowie Stichtagsinventur), Informationspflicht gegenüber Mitarbeitenden/Vorgesetzten und Weiterbildung durch interne/externe Kurse.
• Einhaltung der Arbeitsanweisungen und Vorschriften, allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten sowie fachgerechte Bearbeitung der serialisierten und aggregierten Produkte.
