Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Standard French). This remote contract role requires delivering high-quality French voice samples and expressive narration across diverse scripts, with 5–10 hours of weekly commitment.

You should have native-level French with clear pronunciation and experience in voice work, plus access to a good recording setup. Remote collaboration and flexible timing are valued.

Qualifications

• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup.

• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines including environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Native or native-level French speaker with a standard, neutral French accent (accent-free) .
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting .
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup .
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range .
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.
• Location does not matter .

Preferred

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets .
• Familiarity with audio editing tools like Audacity , Adobe Audition , or Reaper .
