Cross Border Talents is seeking a Video Content Analyst (Italian speaker) to join our YouTube Trust & Safety team in Lisbon. The role involves reviewing video content for policy compliance and supporting relocation for candidates moving to Portugal.

On-site with flexible shifts, you will contribute to a safe online ecosystem. Relocation assistance includes housing support, NIF/NISS help, and relocation bonuses depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent attention to detail and objective analytical skills
• Availability to work in flexible rotating shifts
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Anjos)

Aufgaben

• Review and evaluate video content based on internal policies and community standards
• Flag, elevate, or remove content involving sensitive or harmful material
• Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Work effectively in 24/7 rotative shifts to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to improve policy understanding
• Stay updated on evolving content trends and policy changes
