Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a quantitative field.
• 10+ years in Risk or Finance with 5+ years in Valuation Control or related banking functions.
• Strong leadership and ability to challenge Front Office valuations.
• Deep knowledge of fair value governance, IPV, and PVA/AVA frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead Valuation Control within Product Control, overseeing governance, IPV, and fair value controls.
• Define and drive prudence valuation adjustments (PVA) governance and data needs.
• Oversee AVA development for market price uncertainty and related costs.
• Provide independent challenge to Front Office pricing and models.
• Present insights to senior management, risk committees and regulators.
