Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting application rounds of the Special Programme, as appropriate: undertaking qualitative analysis of the applications and technical review of the proposed activities of the projects; develops and ensures signature of the legal instruments with successful applicants; oversees implementation of projects through to completion and closure; identifying problems/issues and providing solutions
• Providing substantive support to Executive Board meetings and other relevant meetings
• Undertaking outreach activities as needed; participates in the development of training workshops, outreach events, seminars, etc.; participates in and makes presentations on assigned topics/activities
• Collects and analyzes data to identify trends or patterns and provide insights through graphs, charts, tables and reports using data visualization methods to enable data-driven planning, decision-making, presentation and reporting
• Performs other duties as may be required
