Zusammenfassung

MS Reinsurance is a global reinsurer with underwriting offices in Zurich, Bermuda, Miami, and New York. The role provides administrative support to underwriters by managing data, documentation, and renewal preparation across assigned client relationships.

You will collaborate with Underwriting, Technical Accounting, and Claims to ensure accurate processing, high data quality, and timely service for clients and brokers.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial education or comparable business studies.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
• Experience in re/insurance would be a strong asset.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Register data from underwriting submissions and renewals in IT systems.
• Prepare renewal information to support the underwriter's risk assessment.
• Read and evaluate contractual wordings for changes from prior years.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting and Claims to provide timely service to clients and brokers.
• Maintain an overview of administrative matters for assigned relationships.
• Prepare materials for client/broker meetings and maintain orderly filing.
