PwC Switzerland's Financial Services Tax team is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate (U.S. Corporate Income Tax) to prepare and review U.S. tax filings, analyze complex issues, collaborate with clients, and deliver quality compliance solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in U.S. tax compliance.
• U.S. CPA License (or in progress), Enrolled Agent License (or in progress), or commitment to pursue one.
• Interest in developing a career in U.S. Tax Compliance.
• Some experience with US tax compliance, including Form 1120, 1120-F) and/or Form 1065.
• Understanding of ECI, FDAP and Branch Profit Tax concepts.
• Experience with state and local tax compliance, including multi-state reporting considerations.
• Exposure to informational reporting (Forms 8865, 8858, 5471).
• Hands-on experience with withholding and reporting regimes (1042/1042-S, W-8).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
