Essential Functions of the job

• Subject matter expert on EMEA cash operations
• Support the management of regional cash pooling
• Support the management of the Treasury Management System for the region
• Provide analysis of relevant banking regulation updates
• Liaise with local affiliates and various functions such as Tax, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Global Treasury on all Treasury matters and projects
• Execute funds movement transactions as required
• Resolve cash/settlement issues and client group inquiries in a timely manner
• Implement and manage systems supporting Treasury activities
• Support the execution of intercompany settlements
• Manage bank service relationships locally; recommend improvements in services
• Bank account administration and assistance for account opening/closing and signature updates
• Perform monthly and long-term cash forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for operations
• Provide monthly or ad hoc liquidity analysis based on business requirements
• Recommend process improvements
• Ensure strict adherence to and compliance with controls, policies, and reporting requirements
• Support project Management on various Treasury-related projects
• Support the SOX activities for the region

Other Qualifications

• Comprehensive experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounting
• Global pooling setup and management experiences are highly desired
• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
• SAP proficiency
• Treasury Management System experience
• Familiarity with cash / banking systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to concisely express concepts and processes in oral / written communication
• Language skills preferred: English and other European language is a plus
