Novartis, via Magnit Global, seeks a contractor to lead TRD QA teams and ensure quality across complex projects. You will guide QA activities, oversee regulatory readiness, and support submissions, reporting to global QA leadership.
This 12-month onsite role begins 1 January 2027 in Basel and requires strong pharmaceutical quality expertise. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and inspection readiness in drug/product development environments.

Lead complex projects and quality initiatives. Expertise in certain quality areas. Lead, guide and support global TRD project teams in all quality-relevant topics, questions, and issues. Develop project strategies in alignment with TRD considering all relevant cross-functional aspects to ensure the quality of deliverables within the project. QA representative at expert panel; Lead QA aspects of new technology projects; QA representatives for complex due diligence projects. Lead PAI and submission preparations, ensure inspection site readiness.
