Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training and/or a university degree, preferably in business administration or business information systems.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in operations and/or in client support within the financial industry.
• Good knowledge of the exchange environment, in particular knowledge of financial products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Understanding of technical contexts and data modelling is an advantage, as well as strong analytical thinking skills.
• Committed, independent and solution-oriented personality with an exact and precise working style.
• Excellent spoken and written German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the quality and capture of market and trading master data.
• Handle simple to very complex customer inquiries and contribute to the enhancement or development of customer solutions.
• Work closely with Product Management, Change Management and SIX Exchange Regulation on various projects.
• Conduct Business Acceptance Tests in projects and exchange releases.
