What you do here

Drive Lindt Global Travel Retail growth as part of the TM team by enabling and facilitating permanent and promotional POS execution for a dedicated Global Account. The role involves managing, implementing, and tracking promotional activities (incl. sampling) for different brands in Global Travel Retail - to meet the company's business goals and to reach set sell-in / sell-out targets for the year.

Full responsibility for organization and execution of promotional activities for Global Account Avolta
  • Full coordination and responsibility of brand activations in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Adaption of existing guidelines, concepts and brand identities to customised space
  • Stakeholder management (internal and external) incl. briefing and coordination with agencies and customers
  • Coordination of data and print material
  • Tracking of promotional executions
Full responsibility for global permanent POS projects and installations
  • Managing global project overview list
  • Coordination with regional TM Managers for projects in APAC, NAM, LATAM and MEIA
  • Stakeholder management incl. briefing and coordination of contractors, customers and agencies
  • Proofing of technical drawings
  • Coordination and briefing of all visual material needed ensuring communication hierarchy
  • Tracking and monitoring of implementation
  • Updating of best practice library and active sharing with the organization
Full responsibility for global merchandising and communication guidelines
  • Implement novelty and exclusive communication at permanent point of sale
  • Define planogram recommendations and merchandising adjustments
  • Lead Global Merchandising Guidelines and Perfect Store initiatives in partnership with Category
  • Share best practices and liaise closely with Global Retail teams
Proactive collaboration
  • Close collaboration and building of effective working relationships within Marketing and with Sales to ensure a coordinated and seamless approach to drive excellence in execution
  • Proactive support to Sales teams utilizing relevant trade material to achieve business objectives

Professional Background: minimum of 5 years relevant experience in trade marketing and/or market activation ideally in a fast‑paced FMCG environment; preferably in Travel Retail

BA degree in Marketing or equivalent is required.
