Validated trade and export-potential datasets By the end of Month 1, collect, clean, evaluate and validate the statistical data required to compute export potential and other agreed trade and market intelligence indicators, including documentation of data sources, quality checks, identified gaps and corrective actions. Updated statistical databases and analytical outputs By the end of Month 2, update and quality-assure the statistical databases underlying the Export Potential Map tool, compute the agreed indicators, and submit reproducible datasets, calculation files and a brief methodological note summarizing the results, limitations and outstanding issues. Visualizations, training support and final handover By the end of Month 3, prepare publication-ready graphs, tables and analytical materials for reports, presentations or training activities, incorporate feedback from TMI, and submit a final handover package containing all updated datasets, scripts, visual outputs, documentation and a summary of completed work and follow-up actions.
