It also collaborates with public and private authorities including the United Nations and other international organisations.

About the role:

As the Rights Activation Trainee you will be supporting the Rights Activation Team. In doing so you will be supporting the production of guidelines documents, illustrations and training material. Additionally, you will be helping with Rights Activation activities and processes as agreed with Senior Manager, Rights Activation.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the production of commercial Guidelines by creating clear and appealing illustrations and supporting on the formatting
• Support the creation of compelling training presentations for commercial stakeholders
• Ensure the day-to-day content management of the RA Sharepoint site and approval platform
• Support the RA Team on Dakar 2026 and LA28 preparations
• Manage the approval platform onboarding process
• Support the RA Team on approvals and servicing
• Other projects as they relate to Rights Activation and/or TMS

Generally, lends assistance to colleagues when priorities and emergencies dictate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University qualification (ideally in business/marketing), first work experience a plus.
• Fluent in English
• Strong capacity to create visually appealing illustrations and presentations
• Strong knowledge of document editing tools (familiarity with Affinity is an asset) and document formatting
• Complete familiarity with IT office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with teamwork, in terms of both managing the flow of files and communicating with colleagues.
• Knowledge of the world of sport business, sponsorship and/or media rights.
