Job summary

SR Technics Switzerland AG at Kloten is seeking a Welding Technician (100%) to join our shop floor in Zurich Airport operations. You will weld complex engine components, including pre- and post-processing, and perform straightening and rework while supporting new welding processes and maintaining thorough self-inspection and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a completed metalworking apprenticeship, proven TIG welding experience, a precise and responsible work style, and a team-oriented

Qualifications

• Completed metalworking apprenticeship
• Proven TIG welding experience
• Precise and responsible work style
• Team player with strong commitment
• Willing to work 2-shift
• Very good German (minimum B2); English (minimum A2)
• Basic MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Weld complex engine components using TIG and other methods
• Straighten and mechanically rework parts
• Support development of new welding processes
• Perform self-inspection and documentation
• Adhere to safety and quality requirements
• Maintain 5S discipline
• Contribute to continuous improvement
