Zusammenfassung

Climeworks is seeking a full-time six-month internship in Switzerland. The role involves technology development, system design, test facility advancement, measurement evaluation, and validation reporting for direct air capture projects. You will work in a hybrid setup, onsite at least three days per week, with salary benchmarks.

Required: a BSc in Mechanical or Process Engineering (or related field) and fluent English; German is a plus. Availability from October 1, 2026, for six months.

Qualifikationen

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field; graduated within last year.
• Proven CAD experience and familiarity with technical drawing standards.
• Strong thermodynamics and fluid dynamics knowledge; practical testing process design.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to rapid testing, engineering, and validation of DAC tech concepts.
• Support design, development, and engineering upgrades for testing portfolios.
• Improve small to medium-scale test facilities and their tech development.
• Assess measurement methods and suggest improvements or alternatives.
• Validate upgrades through planning, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
