QESTIT Group is seeking a Test Manager to oversee all testing activities, develop test plans and specifications, evaluate results, and optimize test automation. You will mentor and grow test teams while contributing to high-quality projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Test Manager.
• Strong expertise in the banking and insurance industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, along with experience in database technologies and configuration management.
• Strong familiarity with agile models such as SCRUM or Kanban.
• ISTQB Advanced-Level certification.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
