Job summary

Aiglon College Association in Chesières (VD), Switzerland, seeks a qualified School Nurse to provide high-standard nursing care to students, staff and visitors in line with Swiss standards and Croix-Rouge protocols. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the role includes night duties and term-time hours with permanent employment.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, demonstrate safeguarding awareness, and be capable of delivering health education and emergency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of French (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to students, staff and visitors.
• Administer medications in accordance with prescriptions, care plans and Swiss law.
• Organise and run nurse clinics during duty hours and maintain confidential medical records.
• Coordinate with house staff, wellbeing coordinators and parents on care plans and safeguarding.
