Qualifikationen
- Experience developing services or digital products in healthcare
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of Swiss healthcare system (KVG, OKP) preferred
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Interest in advancing AI in digital health solutions
Aufgaben
- Develop new telemedical services from idea to market
- Lead own workstreams, pilot projects, and implement in operations
- Prepare market analyses, business cases, and decision templates
- Draft requirements and specifications (PRDs) for medical and technical implementation
- Define and monitor KPIs and derive concrete actions
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across medicine, IT, insurers, cantons, and providers
