Job summary

Groupe E Tech in Western Switzerland seeks a Technical Office Technician to support project execution from planning to invoicing. You will build client relationships, prepare service amendments, and coordinate supplier selection for timely project completion.

Requires a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrician installer, strong Winprogitel and Office skills, and experience in a similar role. French native; knowledge of another language is an asset.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrician installer.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Winprogitel and Microsoft Office.
• ERP OfficeManager knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development and monitoring of customer relations
• Prepare offers, complementary offers and necessary amendments
• Identify and select efficient suppliers, in close collaboration with the purchasing department
• Organise, coordinate and ensure overall monitoring of services, from the planning phase to invoicing
• Provide technical support to branches during the introduction of new products or new technologies

• Proven experience in a similar position is desired
• Analytical mind, organisational skills, autonomy and interpersonal ease
• Native French speaker; knowledge of another language is an asset
