Zusammenfassung

Sagérime SA in Bulle, Switzerland, seeks an Assembly & After-Sales Service Technician. You will independently manage assembly, commissioning and maintenance of access management systems on site, coordinating installations, diagnosing faults, and handling maintenance contracts. Fluency in French is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Category B driving licence.
• Fluent in French; German knowledge is a plus.

ASSEMBLY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Sagérime SA is a company based in Bulle, active since 1976 in three distinct departments: road safety, floor protection, fencing and access management. We are looking immediately or to be agreed, for our "access management" departments, a 100% technician for the assembly and after-sales service of access management products.

Your mission:

Reporting to the department head, you independently manage the operational execution of the Access Management department. You are the reference person on site for assembly, commissioning, after-sales service and maintenance of installations.

You manage your cases in their entirety: planning, preparation, intervention, client follow-up and documentation.

What we expect from you:

• Prepare, install and commission access management systems.
• Organise and coordinate installations as well as technical interventions.
• Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations.
• Manage maintenance contracts in their entirety, from planning to administrative follow-up through to execution.
• Ensure technical and administrative follow-up in Baubit and Odoo.
• Guarantee professional communication with clients, quality of work, respect of deadlines and safety.

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as mechanic, automation technician, installer-electrician or other equivalent technical training.
• Good knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
• Experience in assembly, maintenance or troubleshooting of technical installations.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Comfortable with IT tools and digital management solutions.
• Category B driving licence.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is an asset.
