Qualifikationen

About

INTRODUCTION:

Mandated by a watchmaking manufacturer in the Vallée de Joux, we are seeking a:

Technicien Méthodes (H/F)

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

• Participate in the design reviews of new products, ensure feasibility, study necessary means and tools for production, develop and validate tooling and means of production with production and Quality Assurance teams.
• Design, draw, and produce (internally/external) tooling, ensure its evolution, prepare industrialization reviews, monitor initial manufacturing runs, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up.
• Evaluate optimal operation times for each new product, confirm or adjust times during prototype and initial series phases with production teams.
• Compile technical documentation.
• Research solutions to ensure compliance with work standards (method, work times), improve existing standards, and propose new ones.
• Support problem-solving according to client standards, synthesize information, and communicate with line/area managers and Quality Assurance technicians.
• Collaborate with on-site stakeholders (Quality, Collaborators, colleagues) to propose solutions within your expertise, train, and inform team members and supervisors on technical tools usage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

PROFIL ATTENDU:

You hold a diploma as a Technicien ES in microtechnology or an equivalent qualification.

You have previous experience in a similar role in watchmaking, which is mandatory.

You are proficient in CREO software.

Experience in project management is a plus.
