Job summary

Jobup in Bern is seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) to perform on-site service and repairs on awning and roller shutter products for private and business customers in the greater Bern area. You will measure for replacement products, advise customers on technical questions, and ensure orders are reported up to invoicing.

You should have completed training as a technician or similar vocational background, be able to work independently and precisely, and speak German at a negotiation level; a

Qualifications

• Ideally completed training as an awning fitter, polybuilder or a comparable manual basic training.
• Experience in the construction industry is a great advantage.
• Independent, precise working method, skilled with hands, solution-oriented and not afraid of heights.
• Good manners, well-groomed appearance, self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Solution-oriented thinking & acting for our customers.
• Used to working with electronic tools.
• Negotiation-level German language skills.
• Category B driving licence mandatory.

Your area of responsibility

To strengthen our technical customer service in the Bern region and surroundings, we are looking for a service technician to start immediately or by arrangement.
