Zusammenfassung

Franke is seeking a Field Service Technician – Kitchen Ventilation to service and maintain extractor hoods at customers' premises across the French-speaking part of Switzerland. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with independent interventions and clear device explanations.

You bring a completed trade qualification in electrical/automation fields, 2–3 years of field service experience, and fluency in French with German knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as an assembly electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience as a field service technician; experience in household appliances or ventilation is an advantage.
• Fluent in French with good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Category B driving licence.
• Comfortable with Windows and Office applications; affinity with IT is an advantage.

Your profile

• Completed training as an assembly electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a field service technician, experience in household appliances or ventilation is an advantage
• Manual skills and technical aptitude
• Holder of the OIBT authorisation art. 15 or willing to undertake the necessary training to obtain it
• Fluent in French with good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
• Comfortable with Windows and Office applications, affinity with IT is an advantage
• Team spirit
• Enjoys customer contact and advice
• Willing to undertake continuous training
• Category B driving licence
