Job Description

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for the Ledger product, ensuring alignment with both internal stakeholders and our developer community. By engaging with builders, prioritizing their needs, and translating insights into a clear, actionable roadmap, you will help deliver world‑class features and tools that enable seamless integration on the Canton Network.

Requirements
  • Deep expertise in blockchain technology and protocols.
  • Market knowledge of blockchain privacy technologies.
  • Evidence of being able to grasp, communicate, and write about highly complex technical topics.
  • Experience with server‑side/backend products, and related topics around deployment, monitoring, NFRs and integration.
  • 5+ years experience across (technical) product management and related functions like program management and engineering management.
  • Evidence of ability to coordinate multi‑team and multi‑stakeholder projects to successfully deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Keen to work in‑office in Zürich.
Responsibilities
  • Continuously improve the developer experience to delight builders on Canton Network.
  • Build relationships with builders across the ecosystem to understand their goals and obstacles.
  • Become an expert on Canton application development and create materials ranging from documentation to developer marketing.
  • Understand and track the requirements, problems, and wishes of the application developer and integrator community relying on Canton’s SDK.
  • Manage roadmap, backlog, and releases for the development team behind Canton’s SDK.
  • Support SDK development work by clearly formulating projects in terms of problems and objectives, ideating with architects and engineers, and validating designs.
  • Stay up to date with the developer experiences provided by other network ecosystems and use that information to inform designs and priorities for Canton’s SDK.
