Clera is seeking a Technical Operations Lead to connect people, processes and technology across a growing AI/ML company in Zürich. You will partner with leadership to translate priorities into practical systems and scale the organization.

This role focuses on building internal tools, improving workflows, and using AI to boost productivity, with on-site work in Zürich and visa sponsorship/relocation support available.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience building and maintaining internal tools, including custom-built tools for defining or monitoring key metrics.
• Experience improving internal processes and coordinating across teams and projects to address bottlenecks.
• Experience supporting high-priority operational work, such as hiring, communications, or internal planning.
• Proficiency with AI tools and an interest in experimenting with new technologies.
• Knowledge of Swiss or US legal frameworks, or a background in recruiting, communications, or related operations, is a plus.
