We are currently looking for Researchers for our new Computer Architecture Innovation Lab.

Expertise:

• Strong expertise in multimodal learning, with hands‑on experience in training large-scale VLMs, video models, or multimodal agents.
• Proven contributions to well‑known open‑source AI projects (e.g., HuggingFace Transformers, LLaVA, BLIP‑2, InternVL, OpenMMLab, Diffusers, video diffusion frameworks).
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, and large multimodal model (LMM) inference.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PyTorch/JAX, large‑scale distributed training/inference frameworks, and AI performance optimization.
• Solid engineering ability to build end‑to‑end training and inference pipelines, including data preprocessing, distributed training, and evaluation.
• Experience in open‑source community development;
• Experience as a maintainer or committer in an open‑source community is preferred.

Research & Innovation:

• Publication record in top‑tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ACL, EMNLP) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to propose and validate novel architectures or algorithms.
