Lyceum in Zurich seeks a Technical Founders Associate to work closely with the CTO, managing the CTO office and owning strategic projects from start to finish. You will drive the first round of technical hiring and bridge technology and business across the organization.

Whether from computer science or business, you combine strong tech understanding with commercial thinking, supporting pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions while building scalable processes for a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Master's level studies in a technical field or a business degree with strong tech understanding.
• Very good commercial understanding and focus on business impact.
• Curiosity for AI, infrastructure, and related tech topics.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, VC).
• Builder's mindset with high ownership and ability to build processes from scratch.
• Pragmatic, fast-moving with quality focus – get things done.
• Strong organizational skills and calm under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• CTO Office & Executive Support: manage CTO priorities and action follow-ups.
• Technical Hiring: run first-round calls and coordinate interview process.
• Strategic Projects: own deep-dive analyses and board-level material.
• Tech x Business: translate tech topics into commercial decisions and support GTM questions.
