Zusammenfassung

Nomad Technics AG, based at Basel EuroAirport, seeks a qualified Technical Coordinator – Aviation Maintenance to lead coordination for Part-145 aircraft maintenance activities.

You will monitor orders, review scopes of work, manage parts and tooling, ensure compliance with AMM/CMC/SRM/NDT, and provide guidance to technicians. A background in MRO planning, Part 21/Part 145, and 5 years of aviation maintenance on commercial or corporate aircraft is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with specific aircraft types and business aviation.
• Background in MRO planning, technical operations, or quality assurance.
• EASA Part-66 certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience on commercial or corporate aircraft is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Part 21 and Part 145 is mandatory.
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking/MRO software systems is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.

Aufgaben

• Monitors order status and escalates delays, technical holds, or parts shortages to management.
• Conducts thorough scope of work reviews for each incoming project, validating that all required maintenance tasks, inspections, modifications, and customer-specific requirements are clearly defined.
• Identifies and flags any scope gaps, ambiguities, or technically unfeasible items discovered during SOW review and communicates findings to management, sales, and the customer as appropriate.
• Provides technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and leads.
• Assists in training coordination and competency tracking for maintenance personnel.
• Reviews all work packages and task cards to generate comprehensive parts and tooling requirement lists ahead of aircraft induction.
• Coordinates with the materials/supply chain team to confirm parts availability, lead times, and sourcing for both consumables and ratable components.
• Identifies long-lead or critical parts early and initiates procurement or loan/exchange agreements to prevent AOG delays.
• Reviews all applicable maintenance procedures (AMM, CMM, SRM, NDT manuals) required for the project scope and confirms current revision status before task execution.
• Evaluates customer-directed SBs and engineering orders for parts, tooling, and skill requirements, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the work package before induction.

Your Tasks

Maintenance Coordination

Your Profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• Experience with specific aircraft types and business aviation
