A leading energy services company in Switzerland seeks a candidate to take technical ownership of their Facility Management software. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 3+ years of experience in application management, and strong skills in solution design and troubleshooting. Take technical ownership of our Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms: ensure smooth operation, administration, and continuous optimization.
Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from evaluation and installation to upgrades and release planning.
Design and implement technical solutions and integrations with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation), including hands‑on work with interfaces (authentication, user provisioning) and data pipelines (APIs, ETL).
Monitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands‑on: coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd‑level support.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge base.
Collaborate closely with business units on change requests and digitalisation projects, managing demand with business and IT management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience (must‑have).
3+ years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on‑premises applications, including lifecycle management (must‑have).
Technical skills in solution design, integration concepts (APIs, middleware), user authentication and provisioning methods, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and system configuration (must‑have).
Strong analytical, hands‑on troubleshooting, and communication skills (must‑have).
Fluent in German and English.
