What you will do:
  • Take technical ownership of our Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms: ensure smooth operation, administration, and continuous optimization.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from evaluation and installation to upgrades and release planning.

  • Design and implement technical solutions and integrations with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation), including hands‑on work with interfaces (authentication, user provisioning) and data pipelines (APIs, ETL).

  • Monitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements.

  • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands‑on: coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd‑level support.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge base.

  • Collaborate closely with business units on change requests and digitalisation projects, managing demand with business and IT management.

What you bring & who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience (must‑have).

  • 3+ years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on‑premises applications, including lifecycle management (must‑have).

  • Technical skills in solution design, integration concepts (APIs, middleware), user authentication and provisioning methods, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and system configuration (must‑have).

  • Strong analytical, hands‑on troubleshooting, and communication skills (must‑have).

  • Fluent in German and English.
