Jobgether SRL is seeking a Tech Lead – Payments and Billing to own the payments infrastructure for a rapidly scaling energy platform. This remote-first role focuses on delivering a reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient billing service with hands-on architecture and code involvement.

You will lead a Payments squad, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery while balancing speed, quality, and resilience in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery outcomes of the Payments squad, ensuring reliable, high‑quality software and engineering standards.
• Set the technical and architectural direction for the payments domain to scale for future volume.
• Lead from the front by writing technical specs, reviewing architecture decisions, and contributing to implementation.
• Coach junior engineers and raise technical quality, development speed, and engineering consistency.
