Job summary

Binary Stride offers a fully remote, full-time Tech Lead role. You will lead multiple client projects, architect end-to-end solutions, and review team work while serving as the technical point of contact for clients.

The role requires strong TypeScript/React/Next.js/Node.js expertise, experience in cloud architectures, and excellent client communication. You will mentor engineers and help raise the technical bar in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience architecting solutions and cloud infrastructure for production apps.
• Experience leading engineers or owning technical delivery on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable in direct client conversations.
• Ability to review others' work and raise the technical bar.
• Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
