The Role

• Own technology vision and build engineering team (2→10+ engineers)
• Architect scalable AI‑powered fintech platform
• Drive agentic AI strategy and financial intelligence systems
• Lead hiring, product direction, and technical strategy
• Shape fundraising and represent Finthos externally

True co‑founder ownership, not VP Eng.

Qualifications

• 4+ years engineering, 3+ in leadership
• Built 0→1 products to scale (100K+ users or $10M+ revenue)
• Deep AI/ML expertise (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine‑tuning)
• Fintech / financial services / wealth management background
• Hired and scaled engineering teams
• Ideally based in Zurich or Zug
• Bonus: Startup founder / early CTO, raised funding, domain expertise in wealth management
